Assignment (5 points):

Please create an animated e-card. You may go to bluemountain.com, 123greetings.com, or hallmark.com to find an example. You may modify an e-card found online or make your own. Here is my example.

Following elements are required for your e-card:

  1. A width of 500px and a height of 360px (0.25 point);
  2. At least 6 layers altogether, and among them at least 3 layers moving (0.25 point);
  3. Fade in and fade out of the entire e-card (this means you need two background layers, one completely white, one with an image – 1 point);
  4. At least one layer with text (0.25 point);
  5. At least one layer with sound coordinates with the image (0.5 point)
  6. At least one layer applied filter effect (0.5 point);
  7. At least one layer with 3D motion (1 point);
  8. Upload this week11 page to your new server (1 point);

*** When you are done, please

  1. save it as a .fla file format and submit it to the Blackboard under Assignments > Week11. (If you have using CS6, please make sure to Save As CS5);
  2. subscribe to another server and upload this week11 assignment page to this new server (do whatever is necessary to have this week11 assignment page show up with all the valid links, especially the menu bar. You may change the links to absolute links in order to link them to your first server);
  3. add a link of this week11 assignment page on the Spry menu bar of your week6 page (which is the front page linked to our class blog). Please do not change this week6 page web address.

***Your week11 assignment page should include (0.25 point):

  1. Same heading, banner, setup and footer of your week6 page, just change the content section;
  2. Your original images (if you make your own) or the original e-card link (if you create following an e-card format) and your animated e-card inserted in the content area.
  3. Make a note to state which layer is applied with the filter effect.
